The director of Sultan, Ali Abbas Zafar shared a video of Salman Khan doing the leg press and it's no mean exercise!

Sultan's exercise regime just doesn't end...

Salman Khan had said before that the regime he had to follow to acquire the shape of a wrestler for Sultan is excruciating and he often told himself why did he get into this. Of course, his fans would be glad that he did because the outcome looks simply fantastic. But you have to give it to the actor who is pushing limits to look the part of a wrestler. And trust us it's not easy. However, the man is relentless. The director of Sultan, Ali Abbas Zafar shared a video of the superstar doing the leg press and from what I have been told, that's no mean exercise!

You can see the director at one end and Salman on the other. The actor is pushing the board up and down which is working on thighs and calf muscles. You can also hear Zafar counting it and it begins from 16 to 27 when the actor gives in. You can see from the actor's face that it's pretty extreme but he still has the disarming smile on his face. All you boys out there who are in love with their gym and workouts, this video should be your guru mantra to catch up on everytime you feel like giving up. Always remember that man on the machine is 50 years old and still doesn't have a single crease on his forehead despite doing a strenuous workout.

No wonder Salman Khan is a superstar. He is doing everything to make his Sultan look real and we applaud him for that. Check out this video to know what we are saying.

The television premiere of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has set the record for the most Hindi movie of all-time. The new system that tracks data and calls it TVTs instead of TRPs, is said to be more accurate as its sample size is more than 20000 homes.

Aired on Star Gold on Valentine's Day (14th February), Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has garnered viewership of 2,51,19,000 making it the highest, ahead of Bajrangi Bhaijaan which recorded 2,37,45,000 impressions.

PRDP is around 5% more than Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which was the previous best. The Kabir Khan directed film continues to be hugely popular on television, even though it has now been aired several times.

With two back-to-back television blockbusters, Salman is possibly the biggest draw on TV today. His tie-up with Star Gold has also helped the channel become the most watched Hindi Movie channel on television today. The viewership of Star Gold is more than Zee Cinema and Movies OK combined!

Prem Ratan Dhan Payo has also received better ratings than most other television shows with a dedicated fan following. Naagin received 20284 ratings, as compared to PRDP's 25119.

Salman Khan's Sultan is one of the most awaited films of this year, which double the pressure on the makers to get it right each time they plan to do any changes in the film.

So Sallu began shooting for the film sans heroine and then one day, news of Anushka Sharma being chosen as the lead of Sultan broke the internet. Now we hear that popular choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant lost her father recently and choreographer turned filmmaker Farah Khan has stepped in her shoes to choreograph a popular track with the duo which will be a part of the film. If you recall a song from Shah Rukh Khan's recently released film Dilwale then you would know the lush locales and beautiful picturesque view of Gerua. You can surely expect an out of the box number from this one as well.

Apart from this there is the title track of Sultan featuring Badshah which will be the only upbeat song of the film so we now know that the song picturised on Salman and Anushka is going to be a slow track. The actor will be seen essaying the role of Sultan Ali onscreen romancing the NH 10 actress. Ms Sharma has worked with Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan previously, and by working with Salman in this one, she is definitely reaching a milestone, which most actors and actresses will be envious of. We hope the chemistry between these two leave us spellbound just like in the picture they released.
