Shakti Kapoor's daughter Shraddha Kapoor, who delivered blockbusters like Ek Villain', Aashiqui 2' and Haider' is over the moon for the stupendous box-office outcome of ABCD 2'. The actress has been receiving accolades for her remarkable performance in the dance based film and says such acknowledgement boost up her confidence to work harder. She is blown away when she received appreciation from none other than the most talented filmmaker of Bollywood, Aditya Chopra.
"I cannot express how happy I am to receive this kind of love and appreciation from audiences. It only encourages me to work even harder and put my best foot forward each time," Shraddha said in a statement.
Aditya watched ABCD 2' and called up Shraddha to congratulate her. During the telephonic conversation, Chopra informed Shraddha how much he liked her in the film.
Even Karan Johar and Sajid Nadiadwala showered praise on the actress.
Shraddha shares, "Adi sir's opinion is something I always cherish. Words of praise coming from him is one of the biggest rewards that I could get. In fact I even had a conversation with Sajid sir and Karan sir. They have all been so kind."
Directed by Remo D'Souza, ABCD 2', turned out to be the highest grosser of 2015 and minted Rs.71.78 crore up till date.
The sequel to ABCD' was also opened with positive reviews and was appreciated by the audience. The film also features Prabhudheva, Varun Dhawan, Lauren Gottlieb among others.
On the work front, Shraddha will be next seen in Rock On 2' and Baaghi'.
