Things will change in the future just like they have in the past.

Nobody could have imagined in 2008 that Deepika will rule in 2013 just like nobody could have imagined tin 2013 that Kangana will rule in 2015.

A lot of aspiring and wannabe actresses in Bollywood would love to have their careers go wrong like Katrina's. In fact, they are probably praying about it now for it to go "wrong" as you call it as Katrina's career.

My personal opinion is that she needs to come out of her shell but not if it comes at the expense of her personality to change. I don't want that. I love her for her personality and the way she goes about doing things as does her huge fan base.
