Good performances by bad actors?

Sometimes a bad or weak actor also gives some good performance.

For eg, Sunil Shetty's comic role in Gopi Kishen. It's the only Sunil film I remember and all due to the comic act only.

What are some films according to you, in which a bad/weak actor did act well?

He wasn't that bad. He had a tendency to ham sometimes. He did quite well in Hu Tu Tu as well.

Salman in Dabaang 1. He really surprised me there. 😆 Its only movie of his which I can watch without frowning.

Sunil was action hero. When did he become good actor? I don't think I ever saw anyone praise his acting. He has decent comic timing in few films besides being good at action in most films.

I know I'm going to be in the minority here and will have to face the wrath of fangurls but I never found Kareena a good actor 😆 Even Deepika!

Kareena is too OTT for my liking - JWM is the only performance of hers I like.

Deepika - I loved her performance in CE! Piku was not bad too but other than that I always found her a bad actress.

I think Chandrachur Singh was also weak as an actor. But he was good in Maachis. I never found him upto the mark as an actor in any other film he did.
