I find it weird coz he was all praises for her during Ram Leela time. Tweets, letters and bouquets galore. I wonder what happened. Although we're never really going to find out from Deepika, she'll never let the cat out of the bag.

Weird and out of character for her not to invite him, he's always been encouraging towards her and even defended her in Anupama C's show.
Even more weird (or not so weird) is people having so much concern for someone perennially dismissed on this section as a 'senile buddha' and weren't there aspersions made by the same bunch of an affair/'too close for comfort' between the two when he sent her a letter after Ram Leela. Ab badi keenchi chali aayi 'concern'.

Hilarious to see the so called sarcasm fall flat on its behind. 😆

AB Sr was the best part of the movie and DP was just okay her dialouge delivery still sucked.
