Why is Arjun Kapoor disliked now?

He was really good in Ishaqzaade and even in 2 states. I also liked him in tevar. Yeah he may not be the best looking but he's not even that bad. He has a likable personality.

Just let him give a hit. We will all become people who always knew he had it in him.

I will be very surprised if he bounces back. he is like male counter part of parineeti except parineeti had some real talent.

I dnt dislike him 😳 Ishaqzade is one of my fav film and i still like him. He is a good actor who needs good direction and script! Oh i so want to see Arjun and Pari together in a movie. Loved their chemistry in ishaqzaade ❤️

I like him. He was pleasantly surprising in Aurangzeb. I was not one of those who liked him when Ishaqzaade came out though.

I don't like him because I don't think he's talented enough to be compared with any of the other new gen actors. He doesn't have the looks, the dancing skills, the acting chops, and his voice is weird

Plus to me it always seems like he's victimizing himself constantly off screen which is a turnoff

For me personally I think he tries too hard in everything. He definitely plays the victim card a lot and used his parents history as a way to gain sympathy. He made comments like "I would make my girlfriend lose weight" though after some backlash he corrected himself. So I guess we should chalk that up to everyone makes mistakes. But I wonder if his mistake would have ever occurred to him if it wasn't for the backlash he got. And some other chauvinistic crap about how his sister is learning how to run a household from his grandmother now. Though if I remember correctly some people here said he might have been sarcastic with that comment.

His crush on Alia was too obvious and then at some point it became creepy. During their interview with Anupama Chopra she was clearly very annoyed with him and he wasn't letting go.

Looking at that picture above it is even more obvious how much weight he's gained. He was never a looker, but the weight gain, the manboobs, the frumpy clothes all makes him look even more unattractive. So he doesn't even have that going for him.

He is a good actor, with bad scripts.
