If an outsider give 3 flops early in his career he is gone if a starkid gives 3 flops he'd get more chance to bounce back. The bounce back opportunies a starkid gets more than an outsider. Better launch pads better comebacks. Imran khan is having red carpet welcome from Utv for Aamir. 2 flops Parineeti is gone even Esha deol got the chances to give more than consecutive 2 flops. Outsiders have to struggle a lot to get people to have faith in them. And make many compromises unlike the babalog.

I don't think people make it only due to talent here. Lot more goes on.

On topic, I think the stars' families back them financially in some way. Or filmmakers try to return past favours, like AB sr's past favours to others helped getting AB jr cast in films despite him being flop. Hence they gulp down losses also. Doesn't K Jo say how grateful he is to SRK and calls himself godfather to his kids? Such attitude is self explanatory about what you might expect in future in casting of starkids.
