Dont forget Fawad's first film ie KKL had Naseeruddin. So I am sure they know each other pretty well. All his films have had a Naseer connection.😆

Karan Johar's shoot of Kapoor and Sons in jeopardy

All is not well on the sets of Shakun Batra's Kapoor and Sons in Kunoor, produced by Karan Johar. The film's leading lady Alia Bhatt has experienced a shooting pain in her shoulder and is now being rushed to a hospital in Coimbatore, which is a 75-minute drive away.

This afternoon, the Patakha Kudi posted a picture of her (as seen below) on Instagram.

Inquiries reveal that Alia was sitting in a posture which had transferred her body weight on her elbow. A very close friend of Alia (on request of anonymity) told 9xe.com, "Something snapped when Alia was leaning on her elbow, and she felt an acute pain in her shoulder which did not subside. Now, that is definitely not a very good sign, but let's hope for the best."

Alia called up her parents (Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan) before taking the call to head for medical aid.

"We hope it's not a fracture or a dislocation. She is rushing to Coimbatore for a check-up," the friend added.

In December last year, Alia got hurt while pumping iron at the gym, when she banged her hand against something which caused injury on her fingers. Six months prior to that, Alia went down with a torn calf ligament when she injured her leg while rehearsing for a song.

KJo's shoot is definitely going to be thrown off gear for the next few days. We wish Alia a speedy recovery.

Don't know about you but we dig Alia Bhatt's singing skills as much as her acting.

After crooning for Highway and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, the petite actress, we hear, will now lend her voice to a song in Shakun Batra's Kapoor And Sons.

And who's joining her behind the mic? Nope, it isn't her rumoured boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra (who also stars in the film). It's her other co-star Fawad Khan!

You remember that the Khoobsurat actor was the lead singer of a Pakistani heavy metal band, right? Now, he is going to display his singing skills to us.

So let's get the music started, we say!

A few hours ago, we broke the news that Alia Bhatt has experienced a shooting pain in her shoulder on the sets of Shakun Batra's Kapoor and Sons in Kunoor, and is being rushed to a hospital in Coimbatore.

The news coming from the hospital is that Alia's joint between her shoulder and collar bone has shifted.

The Student of the Year actress has been advised rest for at least two weeks. "They have only a couple of days left to shoot in Kunoor. Alia can't move her hand but she will shoot somehow for the next two-three days before she returns home," says her mother Soni Razdan.

So why did the joint shift? "I guess Alia had been working out at the gym a bit too much in the recent past," Soni reasons.

Alia will be off gym for at least four-six weeks and doctors have also advised her to slow down on her workouts.

For those who've come in late, Alia hurt her shoulder this afternoon when she was sitting in a posture which had transferred her body weight on her elbow. Suddenly, she felt her shoulder snap followed by unbearable pain.

"The pain has subsided a bit now. She is on painkillers," Soni concludes.

Alia Bhatt is unable to celebrate World Yoga Day today. The petite actress posted a picture on her instagram account stating the same. By the looks of it, it seems that she was pretty pumped up for this very day. Sadly thought she cant anymore. So what happened to her? We wonder...

The actress has her arm in an arm pack and it seems she has got injured performing some scene with Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan on the sets of Kapoor & Sons. It's although not clear as to whether it is a full blown injury or just a simple sprain. Whatever it is, she wasn't able to celebrate the World Yoga Day today. She posted, "aliaabhattThere goes my celebration on #InternaitonalYogaDay #bummer."

The initiative of Yoga has been taken up by PM Narendra Modi himself asking people to do more and more asanas. Many notable B-Townies have given their support for the same. We wish Alia to have been one but bummer, she couldn't
