I think this is hinting towards Vidya. Her recent films have flopped. Shefali hasn't been getting much work let alone roles. Also folks here were saying Vidya lost weight after seeing her pics at an event. Vidya's movie is also releasing soon after DDD.

This One = All Is Well,

and Another Major Release = DDD.

Vidya has no release before or after Humari Adhuri Kahani.

Same here. 😆 Though I'm not a fan of Kalki's acting, I find her intellectually superior than Belan, Aamir, and other wannabe eggheads.
