Anushka Sharma is gearing up for the release of her forthcoming movie NH10'. The actress has not just acted in the movie, but has also donned the producer's hat for the first time with it. The actress says she never wanted to become an actor, but after watching Jab We Met' she thought she can become one.
In a video chat, when the actress was asked about any specific movie that helped her decide that she wanted to become an actor, she said, "I never wanted to be an actor. But I remember when I saw Jab We Met', I saw it in Bikaner. I was just so taken over by the beauty of the cinema that it makes you feel so happy, it uplifts your spirits like that. A very simple story. That's the first time I thought I can probably do this."
Talking about a character from her movie she is close to she said that she has a little bit of Shruti Kakkar from Band Baaja Baaraat', Jagat Janani from PK' and Meera from NH10'.
"The kind of honesty that Shruti Kakkar had, I have that. The strength that Jagat Janani had, I have that. And with Meera, the thing in her to fight, like fight back and stand up for something, I think that's something I share personally also," the pretty actress said.
The Ladies vs Ricky Bahl' star also said that Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi', Band Baaja Baaraat' and PK' will always be special for her.
She also shared what angers her and said that it's hypocrisy, adding, "Actually when people don't have compassion, when they don't think about another person that really pisses me off."
