After undergoing about 9 cuts, Anushka Sharma's first production venture, NH10 has finally got clearance from the Censor Board. The film, that also stars Neel Bhoopalam in lead roles, was initially to release on March 6. But due to Censor issues over its abusive' content, the release got pushed to March 13. However,Anushka being a sport, is not a tad bit disappointed about the Censor's decision. Instead, she is relieved that she did not have to compromise much on the film's content.
During a recent event, the actress reacted on this whole scenario and said, "We don't want to compromise with the film, in fact we have had a screening today and we have got an A certificate. As far as we could we have not compromised with the story and somewhere we are happy with what has happened. We have a very responsible and honest film. It is something that a lot of people might have experienced in any case and that is what they will watch it in the film."
Directed by Navdeep Singh, NH10 essays a rigorous tale of a road trip gone wrong. The film is set to hit the screens on March 13.
