One is so bad that it's hard even to to get up, when i get the latter
I take meds and rest in a dark room, if that doesn't help..i go to the ER, they usually give the same dose of meds and i sleep thr for few hours, it helps but the headache usually lasts few days

that too in a headache!

i know the latter one.. it becomes difficult to even move the head for a nod!! i know!! 😡

meds are a necessity then.. its really scary
