Student of the Year co-stars Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra came together once again at a recent awards night. According to a report on Pinkvilla.com, Varun, who was one of the performers at the award show, met his buddy Sidharth after his act, but gave a cold shoulder to Alia. The report further states that Alia reciprocated by giving a rather disinterested look as Varun and Sidharth chatted away.

Why the hell would someone try to seek love from a committed man who's not showing any interest in her? Aloo Baby needs to change her habit or she'd become PeeCee of this decade.

I personally think it is, her interviews hinted very strongly at it. However, it could all be a PR gimmick because young gen people rely a lot on link-up rumours and gossips so the committed unavailable image could work against Varun's favour.

I doubt it. Like I said in the other discussion, this story started because we didn't see any pictures of Alia and Varun at the Life OK awards. I seem to be in the minority here but I don't think Alia ever had any romantic feelings for Varun or vice a versa.

Since there is a rash of linkups which have benefited the various parties from Ranbir/Katrina/Deepika/Ranveer/Anushka I find these breakup/linkup news of these SOTY folks tough to believe. Its all very convenient and seems stage managed by KJo.

This all looks planted to me i noticed when badlapur teaser came out alia's sister tweeted about it and complimented varun, she recently started following him on instagram...why would she do that if varun hurt alia that badly..maybe i'm wrong but this whole story seems like a great way to keep people interested in the soty gang...plus it's good pr for when varun and alia start that next film together
