She seems very overdressed for just a promotional or launch appearance. And the head piece makes it look like she dressed herself without even checking in a mirror.

I feel really bad for her because its obvious she has insecurities about her looks.

But man she really needs to get a better stylist, its like she looked great before but then when she tried to "change herself" she starting looking odd. Last time she looked good was at the KWK episode.
