That's one way of looking at it, but the more rational way is to look at the movies Aamir has done and then compare them to Salman's crappy movies - except a few. That way it's amazing how Salman has managed to dish out the biggest Hits of the year. 3I (Hirani brand), D3 (Dhoom brand), and Ghajini a remake like Salman's Bodyguard/Ready.

As a star, Salman is probably bigger than Aamir and Aamir will be the first one to tell you that. With Salman, it's brute stardom. Nothing else, just Salman. With Aamir, it's his film choices and credibility that has created an image whereby you'd associate Aamir with quality and add to that Aamir's star power, you'll have a winning package together.

Just think about it. SRK and Aamir have had class acts and both are better actors than Salman comfortably. Heck, Salman has had only two or three great performances in the last 12 - 14 years, yet people keep coming to watch his movies and are drawn towards him. His stardom is baffling.

For a superstar...the real test of stardom is the first day collection...when people come just because of the stars or director or a brand...when they don't know what the movie will be like...and with Farah and a tacky trailer...SRK showed his stardom ...a 45 cr opening...that is incredible👏
