so if the budget is 12 crs, then if KS earns something 20+ crs, it will be a semi hit atleast .. the current collections are 16cr+ .. so finally the film is in a safe zone ..🥳

12 crore + Tax is AK production's budget. We need to know what price UTV paid for this movie and how much did they spend on promotion. I guess, Khoobsurat needs to make 32 cr (12 + 10 profit of AK + 10 for promotion) to recover money.

Daawat e ishq also released in Pakistan, but the earnings were'nt good enuff to b posted.
If Daawat e ishq would've released at an original date w/ Mary Kom it mite've been a major hit overseas including places like USA, UK. It also had the chance to release on 26th sept. with no
heavily promoted movies.

They not only underperformed but chewed into another movie's collections. A bad decision business-wise as well as ethically.
