Varun and Arjun to play Ram-Lakhan?

Apparently the makers of the film are keen on casting these young actors for the remake

While there is much conjecture doing the rounds about who will star in Karan Johar's and Rohit Shetty's Ram Lakhan, we've heard that Arjun Kapoor has been finalised for the role of Lakhan. This is the same role which Arjun's uncle, Anil Kapoor, played in the original. Needless to say, Arjun is thrilled about this opportunity. Meanwhile the makers are also in talks with Varun Dhawan to essay the role of Ram in the Ram Lakhan remake. Contrary to popular belief, Rohit Shetty didn't meet up with Ranbir Kapoor to discuss this project. Rohit and Ranbir are planning to do a different film. Watch this space for more.

From what angle Varun looks good enough to play bade bhaiya of Arjun???

Agrreed actually..i think bcs Arjun is obsessed wid playinng Lakhkhan since 4ever thts the problem..thy r making him play tht role and Varun as Ram..if it happens whole thing will b so surreal and stupid or idk thy can change Lakhkhan as the older bro..

Karan make Lakkhan older brother Arjun is a miscast for Lakkhan he is very boring dull onscreen more suitable for older serious brother Ram. My ideal cast would be Akshay in Ram's character and Ranveer as lakkhan even varun is also suitable for Lakkhan

I'm fans of both so:
Arjun played a Lakhan-esque role in Gunday and he sucked I don't want him in this role.
Varun - he better not be playing the elder brother 😕 Otherwise he should leave as well.

I love arjun bt he isn't meant for lakhan varun is and vd doesn't look old enough to be his big brother. If they keen to keep arjun as lakhan maybe they should get an older actor to play ram.
