oh man, people compare typical hindi movies with Off beat English movie collection in limited screens?

What has world come in to?

Then we compare acting in off beat movies to hindi movies?

Next lets say Kick /HNY are better than FFF, LUNCH BOX??

BOI may be desperately biased from 2-3 years unlike early days after their change in management. but Homi didnt make this movie to make money.

Their movie grossed more than 30 croes and NET was 25 + with awesome praises for the acing and direction.

If majority of Indian/youth go for movies to watch half naked Katrina/ Jaki/Deepika and Khans doesn't means, other movies which carter to classic scripts are lol worthy.

People dont appreciate offbeat movies in India, because they dont

get exposed to them when they were young. Mainly their culture is bound with entertainment/ dancing/ singing.

Movie is not a flop. It recovered its cost.

Q. The industry endorsed Finding Fanny a big way but public totally rejected it so is this the reason why nearly all films flop as industry have totally different tastes compared to the audience.

Ans. Its not as if all the industry endorsed some will and some won't and even the ones who do its probably not about the film but about relationships with people involved in the film. Its easy to tell when praise is genuine as that film may not be a hit but will have some sort sustainment at the box office, when a film crashes like Finding Fanny it looks a case of trying to give it a push over the weekend and it worked to a certain extent but eventually word of mouth tells all.
