Deepika Padukone slams sexist Times of India article

Top Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone on Sunday took to Twitter to rebuke a leading Indian English-language daily for publishing a tawdry web gallery of pictures of her cleavage called "OMG: Deepika Padukone's Cleavage show".
The video stills featured on Times Of India's website appear to be shot from above. The Finding Fanny actress reacted with a series of tweets.
The video taken in 2013 at Deepika Padukone's Chennai Express trailer launch function. Times Of India digging out something this old for garnering attention is not very ethical. The gallery included similar images of leading actresses Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Kangna Ranaut.
Times Of India had tweeted a link to the gallery, but later deleted it. The gallery, however, is still up on the site. The video taken of her appears to be seeking a shot of her chest as it's filmed from above. Her face is rarely in focus. The original footage used by TOI comes from a YouTube channel that specialises in sleazy videos of actress' bodies.

Obviously, the second tweet has done more damage and several celebrities came out in support of Deepika.
was hidden frustration of industry against TOI the cause of industry going ballistic or the issue of disrespecting women? industry is nothing but confused bandwagoners
