Even as his forthcoming films Umrao Jaan, Dhoom II and Guru are shrouded in mystery, Abhishek Bachchan shared the secret of his sex appeal with CNN-IBN.
"This is a toy watch that my mom gave me when I was two or three," said Abhishek Bachchan.
The watch Abhishek is referring to is his first watch ever. Now of course, the superstar prefers ultra-luxury timepieces - the Rs 2 lakh worth Seamaster series from Omega for one - which he launched at a stylish event in Mumbai.
Time is certainly on his side and he is happy endorsing it. So what does the sexiest man in Asia has to say about Omega's recently launched Seamaster series.
"It is one of the sexiest things I have worn on my wrist. I was just telling Omega people that now that they have chosen me for the Seamaster series, I will make sure that I wear it by the sea." he quipped.
Everybody faces moments in time when we feel that the time should stop ticking. Have there been any such moments in his life really?
"No, I have never ever wished the time should stop. I am too happy with the time ticking along. It keeps you on your feet and keeps you going" he said.
The next few months will see a lot of Abhishek's much-anticipated films like Umrao Jaan, Dhoom II and Guru. So, are the expectations really high?
"I think actors generally expect for the best. We hope and pray for the best. We all have put in a lot of hard work into it. The upcoming three films Umrao Jaan, Dhoom II and Guru are very close to my heart. I have worked very hard on these three films and I am keen to see the audiences' reaction to it. I am very excited and a bit nervous too," he said.
Well, nervousness should be last thing on Abhishek's mind, especially after being voted as the sexiest man in Asia by a UK-based tabloid.
"Which freak of nature voted me that? It's unbelievably embarrassing and humbling. I don't believe in it at all. But thank you for thinking of me as sexy," Abhishek said.
