When it comes to long hours of shoot, superstar Shahrukh Khan is never known to shirk work.

A workaholic, Shahrukh Khan devoted 15 hours of a day for his commitment to new film "Fan". The experience for him, he says, was "satisfying".

"Fan", directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra, will feature the Bollywood 'badshah' playing a fan.

"Finished once again a 15 hour gruelling day of satisfying work on Fan. Thanks Maneesh & ur Fan Team...being so nice to me & smiling along," Shah Rukh tweeted.

SRK, whose recently revealed eight-pack abs in "Happy New Year" has caught eyeballs galore, had earlier said that the movie is dedicated to his fan following.

"'Fan' is a 'family film'. It's the family all of you have become for me...the one I didn't have. I want to be as beautiful as you all. Thanks," he had once said.

Over the last few months, a number of rumours have been doing the rounds about which actress will be playing the female lead opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Maneesh Sharma's Fan'. Parineeti Chopra, Vaani Kapoor and Rani Mukerji were among some of the names being speculated. However, the latest on this front is that Ileana D'Cruz has now apparently been finalised for the film.
"It is indeed Ileana who would be playing the lead role. While various names were being discussed including Maneesh Sharma's favourite Parineeti Chopra, the deal was closed recently. This will not only be Ileana's first film with the prestigious Yash Raj banner, but also her first opposite SRK," a source revealed to Absolute India.
D'Cruz, who made her successful Bollywood debut opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Barfi' (2012), was last seen in Main Tera Hero' (2014).
Produced by Yash Raj Films and written by Habib Faisal, Fan' is all set to release on 14th August 2015. The film is expected to go on floors from next month.

What happened to Huma's 3 film deal with YRF which was supposed to be announced by YRF officially?

Sorry but this is a horrible idea. Ileana is an awful actress with no future in Bollywood! Why on earth would they sign her? Even Asin would be better!

Illeana's acting is as bad as beautiful she is !!! 😆

I don't see the fuss with this girl...She isn't pretty(looks so old for her age) and isn't a great actress. This pairing is weird.
