We all need to get over the age gap because it has always happened in bollywood and most likely always will happen. Besides, its a piece of fiction, as long as there are no sex scenes its not that bad!!

OT: Hritihk-Alia pairing will be awkward because she looks like a baby. He'll end up looking like her father. He will look good with Pari though.

Salman, Aamir and SRK are a good 9-10 years older than Hrithik. That's one whole decade. Why are you lumping HR with the Khans in the same age bracket? Obviously if Salman or Aamir had said that they want to work with Alia it would sound doubly gross.
And Sneha Ullal was 18 years old when she acted with 41 years old Salman. Wonder what o you have to say to that.

Firstly, you wondered what would have happened if some other senior actor had said what Hrithik had said and when did they ever work with a 21 year old. And I just picked up on that and pointed out that Salman had already acted opposite a girl 23 years his junior. There wasn't any outcry then. I don't need to justify anything - just pointing to the fallacy in your claim.
And FYI, Hrithik was born in 1974 and the Khans in 1965 - so that is almost a 10 year difference. The same difference between Ranbir and Hrithik. Will you put them in the same age group?

erm SRK worked with DP in OSO, she was 21.

Anushka was 20/21 when RNBJ released. Salman worked with Sneha Ullal who was in her teens I think. The list is endless. If Salman can work with Sneha, then I don't see why Hrithik-Alia is that big a deal.

I wasn't bringing the Khans to defend Hrithik. I was merely pointing out a few facts. Some people were acting like its outrageous for a 40 something to romance a 20 something when this is the norm in bollywood. Always has been like this. People tend to suffer from selective memory when it comes to their favs.

He really needs to work with the newer actresses now. No one left in older lot for him.

Salman Sneha pair was horrible. It was torture to watch them together. That's why that movie was disaster. Bringing salman to defend hrithik ain't gonna work here. Anushka deepika had mature face. Alia on the other hand have a childish face. Alia hrithik will look horrible together.
