Singham Returns heading towards 140-145 cr lifetime

With only Rani Mukerji's Mardaani as competition this week, Singham Returns has managed to hold pretty well on its 8th day at the box office. However, the drop in business when compared to its first Friday (opening day) was almost 90%.
The Rohit Shetty film has now collected 115.92 crore in 8 days, the highest for a film starring Ajay Devgn in the lead.
Singham Returns is likely to collect around 125 crore by the end of its 2nd weekend and should finish with lifetime business of 140-145 crore.
Day wise box office collections of Singham Returns:
Friday - 32.09 cr
Saturday - 21.05 cr (34% drop)
Sunday - 24.55 cr (17% growth)
Monday - 14.78 cr (40% drop)
Tuesday - 8.21 cr (44% drop)
Wednesday - 6.44 cr (22% drop)
Thursday - 5.47 cr (15% drop)
First Week Total - 112.59 crore
2nd Friday - 3.33 cr (39% drop)
Total 8 day collections - 115.92 cr

Its shocking that even after a 32 cr opening this movie wont cross the 1st week business of Kick,CE forget lifetime

agree i didnt expect that the film didnt trend good but at the end its good final result for sure

this is besharam at a larger scale. Final verdict is people actually didn't like it. The cash registered is because of the original singham whom people regard with respect. Otherwise what is the explanation that it cannot cross Kick or CE after 32 cr opening?

That is the difference between the khans and others..

Khan movies generally trend better...if it was any of the big khans.. It would have stayed steady.. End up at least around 186 cr.
