Well, what should I call them? They are criticizing and calling D's acting OTT just only by that few minutes trailer. What the?

You need to first wait for the movie then give out your opinion. That would be quite sensible!

And if the movie was a low budget movie with other not-so-famous actors,then I am sure no one would have criticized Meena's character in HNY until they have watched the movie. Just like Queen movie, just after the movie everyone praised the movie and acting by Kangana.

So lets wait for the movie, and then pass out our opinion.

I agree that acting shouldn't solely be based on the trailer, u need to watch the whole movie to really judge the acting, deepika only spoke for a few seconds in the trailer

She is one of my fav,and not even my most fav. And refrain to involve religion things into these bollywood and other entertainment.

err isnt a trialer cut out for viewers to judge whether one would like to watch the movie or not depending on what they see of the actors/story in the trailer. So why can't one judge

the opinion will be revised/reinforced based on the whole movie

Or is it alright to praise and say she looks good (thought she might not in the whole movie) because well its praising but not alright to criticise

Why? I thought a trailer/ teaser is released so ppl can get a sneak peak of what to expect..And a film & its actors are judged based on the 2 minute preview..Thats precisely why they are released..If DP has done well in the film, am sure ppl will change their opinion..We are okay with actors being appreciated based on a trailer ( though they might have actually sucked in the film for all we know ) but not okay with them being criticized based on that? 😆
