Why is everyone making such a big deal that Jackie's movie was a hit... She's given MANY hits in the past. Race2, Murder2, Houseful2.

She already had 2 100 crores movies in her filmography and now A 200 one. Why is everyone acting as if she gave some kind of pathbreaking performance in kick - she barely had a role

I can't foresee the future but I think Jackie has the makings of being the next big thing (now don't tell me everyone has that 😆 or at least, for me she does). The kinds of roles and movies she does in future will be the decider - that film with HR is looking great and even her upcoming one with Arjun Rampal & Ranbir. I thought she did a really good job with her dubbing and her expressions and her dance sequence in Jumme Ki Raat. Well, I mean it's not like I had great expectations but I'm quite impressed. 😊 I really liked her in JKSAH and Murder 2 as well 😊

Topic was about next Kat. PC is 32 and made it big like 10 years ago. Jackie became an A lister at 29. Who was talking about Jackie before Kick? Kriti's first film is a hit and she got praised by critics. Jackie says it too her 5 years to achieve that. She's doing Akki's film and also probably Motwane film opposite Sid. At 24, she has way more chances to make it big than Jackie who no one cared for 5 years.

We've had this discussion already so let's not go in circles, it might have taken Jackie longer to achieve but you can't deny she caught people's eyes. How long that will last, well only time will tell 😊
