From what I gather some DP fans dislike Kat b/c apparently she was the one Ranbir cheated on DP for...hence the passport comment on KWK.
Kat fans dislike Deepika for the way she acted during YJHD promotions and basically indirectly bitching out Katrina.
I personal like BOTH. I think there's something so earthly and cute about Dippy. I connect with her so instantly. And I think Kat is such a hot dancer and she has so much soul and class. I honestly don't care about the whole Ranbir issue...I think maybe in a different time or place they probably could be friends b/c both are such hard workers and the way they interact with fans and other actors (Sid, ARK, SRK, etc.) is very cute and adorable.
As for MT thingy, I'm all for Kat getting it b/c I remember how easily everyone said ARB didn't deserve it and were so critically of it. So I'm all for popular women getting their due. I don't necessary think Kat is a good actress, but I see that's she is really charismatic.
