YES , YES and YES...a wax statue is made of the most popular stars...because that is how they do business...popular stars attract more crowds...Statues don't have to act or speak in Hindi🤣...so those things don't matter...what matters is the moolah that the museum would be getting by adding another statue of a VERY popular BW star in their museum...

If people will go and check statues of bollywood stars and then check their filmography, their films, their scenes on youtube out of curiosity - what will they find!??? Katrina shaking her assets and showing same expression in every film!
Katrina is gorgeous, she is great dancer but she doesn't represent Bollywood! I don't want people to have impression that actresses in BW are there only to shake their hips!!

PC is a great actress. But just because she has a song out in Hollywood doesn't make her popular globally or whatever. Her songs don't even come on American radio at least in my city. Her songs are not topping the American charts.

I wish Vidya Balan had been chosen. She is seen as a strong actress with a strong personality, has a number of honours and was even Jury member at Cannes! Truly wish she had been chosen. :-/

Exactly, that is why I think Priyanka Chopra should get one NOW, look at Bebo? Priyanka's become an international singer, she's a National Award winner, she has to be there at Madame Tussauds!

I don't deny Katrina being a great dancer, and a star but what is she actually known as? Is she a "brilliant" actress? No she still needs a lot of improvement, those people at Madame Tussauds I don't deny are there as they are stars worldwide but Priyanka has become a star internationally as well...her singing career for example; not a fan but you can't deny her success! :)

Popularity matters in real world. Many don't endorse the Justin Bieber, Miley etc, but they are immensely popular as well. Doesn't mean western music means their songs only. Masala films and actors are very popular too. Kamal has better filmography than Rajini, but latter is more popular. If people think we make only that kind of films, its their fault.

I can name many better actors from Malayalam, Bengali industry than DP or Kat. They won't be even considered for Madame Tussads. Not due to lack of talent, but popularity and reach. Same here. These are popularity contests.

I hope Kats outfit is the white beautiful dress she wore in Dhoom 3.
