Isn't EV Biggest HIT of 2014 so far as per BOI... the same line which was floated in all BOI reports of 2014 big hit films?

So what's wrong if Biggest Hit of 2014 is compared with a new film which is now Biggest hit of 2014?

When EV was compared to Jai Ho, everyone said Jai Ho's biggest film so comparison are genuine... aaj EV ko bas 4 din mein Kick ne cross kiya toh comparison le jao Aamir/Srk ke paas ??
