Agreed..No one can do better than Ajay when it comes to action ( in the vanity van) 😆

😆 I agree Sid was kinda funny in action sequences in EV
But I think Arjun and Ranveer were pretty good in Gunday, that Tiger guy
can do action even Varun's moves were edgy and clean in the few action
scenes that MTH had. Besides the new lot is exploring different genres
rather than getting typecasted.
BTW ajay's description of an ideal macho man was rather hilarious 😆

I kinda agree. For actions, you need a certain intensity, aggresion and a face. When i see Sunny, Ajay, Akshay; these were great action heroes. Only since few years, they have changed to comedy because action films don't get BO returns like masala or love story.
Some actors have to take that legacy and i think Ranveer and Arjun, Sid to some extent (although he has this lovely boyish face, lacks agression) might do it after some years of trying. Others are good for love stories and romantic roles, their face just doesn't allow people to imagine actions. Like i never can accept Shahid in action movies, while i can easily imagine Arjun or Ranveer doing it. Tiger will be good too once his facial hair appears 😆

Sid has got the height,physique and dedication required to excel as an action hero..He just lacks aggression..Still he wasnt as bad in EV like ppl here are making it out...Yes he was a bit lethargic in the sequence after Zaroorat(again there is a possibilty he was following director's vision and Guru's mindset at that time might have required that sort of attitude) but he was pretty impactful in the introduction scene where he manhandles the woman,kid and throws the guy into fire...He has to work on his skills more and he will be good to go...He is undergoing rigorous training regime for "Warriors" and hopefully his improvement and efforts show onscreen!

Yeah Tiger is pretty much brilliant and very energetic..(and this coming from a person who dont like him) and he has a great future as an action hero.Ranveer has the potential too..None of the other newbies at this point has got what it requires

I don't know why this forum loathe Ajay devgon one of the finest actor in Bollywood. I like the stunt scenes of Ajay , it is so real .And even though i watched almost all new films of the young superstars none of the action scene was impressive to me. Ajay can definitely make comment cause he proved himself a good actor despite of his unconventional looks. And those who says that he should rest at the age of 45 or 46 just check his body he is fit perfectly and many people love his movie that's y his average or good movies makes money. His movie satyagraha and Himmatwala didn't make money because script wise it was not even average.

I agree. Apart from Ranveer I doubt anyone from current lot could make a convincing action hero.
