Ajay Devgn to do cameo in Katrina Kaif, Aditya Kapur's Fitoor

It's the season of cameos we guess. After the reports of Abhishek Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia and Kareena Kapoor playing a cameo in The Shaukeens, we hear that Ajay Devgn will play guest appearance in Abhishek Kapoor's Fitoor.
Shooting of Fitoor will start in Mumbai later this month.
The film, starring Katrina Kaif, Aditya Roy Kapur and Rekha, is an adaptation of Charles Dicken's classic novel Great Expectations. Ajay Devgn will reportedly play Muszzam that is based on convict Abel Magwitch.
Although he is playing a cameo, his appearance in the film will be pivotal to the plot. Most of his scene will be with Aditya Roy Kapur who plays the protagonist based on Pip.
The first schedule of shooting was to begin in Kashmir earlier but was post-poned due to the floods and will now start in Mumbai later this month.

Okay so shooting won't be done in one go!

they will start shooting from 18th of November till mid 2015! maybe end 2015 release or early 2016 release!

Katrina and Aditya starts first schedule in Mumbai from 18th November then Rekha joins them in Delhi or Kashmir in january!

She doesn't deny her iconic association with the new generation of actresses. "Whether it is Vidya Balan or Katrina Kaif, they are all very beautiful, very talented actresses. I will be working with Katrina in my next film Fitoor. She's someone I've known from the time she had dropped in to meet Salman, who is my neighbour."

Speaking of Fitoor, Rekha says, "I'll be busy with that from January to July. The director, Abhishek Kapoor, is a very talented boy. I am looking forward to seeing how he has interpreted the original novel (Charles Dickens' Great Expectations). I've done a screen adaptation like Khoon Bhari Maang before. It will be interesting to see where the director takes this adaptation.": Rekha

Shooting goes on floors Mid November in Mumbai.

Shooting will be done quickly, it needs 3 month of shooting.

Shooting locations are Mumbai, Delhi, Kashmir and London.

Since the ending of Great Expectations can be interpreted differently (and Dickens himself has written more than one ending), I hope Fitoor chooses the tragic ending. 😳
