It's really strange but true. Salman Khan and Shraddha Kapoor seem to be sharing more than one similarity. Besides the fact that they both of them have sung in their respective films recently, the latest is that they both have been banned by the paparazzi. This 'ban' on Salman Khan comes in wake of treatment that was reportedly meted out to the camerapersons, with whom Salman apparently refused to co-operate by posing for them (at a particular spot) at around 10.30pm during an event. If that wasn't enough, then, buzz was also that they were allegedly roughed up by Salman's personal bodyguards and the venue's security personnel.
"I don't think we are doing any city tours for Kick," said Salman Khan in a Bollywood Hungama exclusive video interview. "It gets difficult to handle crowd. Police is there, fans are there, people get hurt. Some people get up and for mileage raise some issue. We want to stay away from all this. There are grandparents with their grand children, women are there, kids are there, God forbid something happens. We are driving, boys follow on bikes, they get hurt. We want to avoid it as much as possible. We feel it is best to talk about the film on television. We had planned the city tours but now our team is going doing the Being Human work," Salman explained.
Recently Salman had a detailed interaction with journalists and many felt that he opened up really well on a wide range of topics. "I've not opened up fully well with the Media. It depends on my mood. It depends on the person I am talking to. If I don't like the person's intent, trying to rub me the wrong way, I don't open up at all. There are people who are humorous, who are funny, they ask you anything and I am okay. I know this is about interesting television but there are lines you can't cross with me. When people do try and cross those lines, I do get pissed off. I don't want to give them the pleasure of me getting pissed off with them. There's a very small section of the media people who are getting aggressive. Even the other media people don't support them. Jai Ho film promotion was made into a political promotion," Salman said.
At the 'Yaar Na Miley' song launch recently, an unpleasant situation happened when there was a scuffle between the body guards and a few photographers. Without mentioning that incident, Salman expressed his thoughts as to how arrangement for media at events ought to be better organized. "I've come for a function to promote it. Media has come to cover it. There's so much of competition amongst media people, you are fighting amongst yourself and then you keep coming closer to us. Our bodyguards are there. It's their job to keep the distance between you and me. We are there to promote. You have to keep your distance from us. You need us. We need you. We need to co-exist," Salman stated.
Salman also disclosed during the course of the interview that London Dreams was offered to Jacqueline but since the film got delayed, she went ahead and signed Aladin. Talking about the famous Kick dialogue, Main dil mein aata hoon, samajh mein nahin, Khan disclosed that the dialogue is written by Sajid Nadiadwala. "This is what Sajid thinks about me," Salman said.
