These film actors hate film promotions and its really evident. Going everywhere and saying, aap hamari film dekhne zaroor aaiye ga is nothing less that begging.

According to Google, Begging is 'ask someone earnestly or humbly for something'... so in that sense promotions are form of begging since they are asking people to watch their film.

Also Business is different. Fact that these stars find these promotions irritating, and even prefer death above them (see RK's KWK) shows disrespect and uncomfortability they experience by doing same...
