I am not saying he didnt commit the crime. Maybe he did! I don't know! However This is indeed a tough time for him. God bless him and hope he and the victims get what they want/need. Salman going to jail won't change anything for the victims. It will honestly make everything worst.

See I believe he has committed the crime but why has this case dragged for 13 years? I fail to understand. The way the judge gave his verdict today, he could have said the same damn thing 13 years ago. What was the need to drag this case? If Salman was paying them then what happened now? Did he run out of money?

This case is very disturbing. Salman should have just claimed guilty if he had done it. Today he is at the peak of his career yet one of the most unhappiest man right now. and Indian Justice should have punished him 13 years ago because they dont have any more proof then they did 13 years ago.

Salman has suffered a lot in the last 13 years. We cannot judge how he may have emotionally felt everyday for the last 13 years. He has always shown a smile , but the sensible ones can clearly see his tension over the past years. Be it family,.love, legally , career wise.. he has only seen hardships.

For me he is a Gem. He is a person I see who has evolved. We all make mistakes. We are all naive . He made a mistake. He drank and drove And shit happened. Does this make him a bad person? No it doesn't . For me it doesn't mean he is bad. I recognize him for the good... not for the bad. He is a sweetheart who regrets his past to no extent.

Victims need support , and that should be Salmans punishment, to take care of them for the rest of his life. He should face prison but 5 years is too much 13 years later and Yes, I blame indian justice today. This verdict could have been given 13 years ago.

Anyways

Bajrangi Bhaijaan will be earth shattering .

Salman Khan got a reprieve from the Bombay High Court on Wednesday and was granted an interim bail after he was sentenced to five years in jail by Mumbai Sessions Court on Wednesday in the 2002 hit-and-run case in which one person was killed and four injured.

The Bombay High Court granted interim relief to Salman Khan on the ground that full court order has not been handed out yet. Salman's lawyers have got only the operative part of the court order.

Earlier in the day, Mumbai Sessions court judge DW Deshpande pronounced the verdict in which Salman Khan was found guilty on all charges and sentenced to 5 year in jail.

Since the prison sentence is of more than three years, Salman Khan's lawyers had to appeal for bail in the Bombay High Court. Senior lawyer Harish Salve argued his case. The actor was granted a two-day reprieve. Which means he won't be spending the night in jail.

Now, Salman Khan will appear in court again on Friday.

There is currently no word on whether there are plans to alter the rollout for Bajrangi Bhaijaan. A spokesperson for distributor Eros International was unavailable at the time of writing. It would, however, seem unlikely

I dont believe so. He will have to spend the weekend in jail .

they will appeal on friday

I think he may have to spend the whole week .
