With 5000 screens and Salman Khan and such an awesome trailer and hype...if it doesn't make over 40 cr...it would be a shame...

30-35 crore I guess. But opening day isn't an indicator of how well it'll do as it releases during Ramadhan, and the film has two open weeks and then a film which will most likely crash (It's Entertainment) so another open week to do well. Then Singham Returns releases which will most likely do well but Kick can still earn a decent amount from then onwards. Basically if the film earns 240+ in the first two weeks, it has every chance of beating Dhoom 3 and becoming the highest grosser.
