I bet no one knows. it is just a word invented for favoritism. She may not be great in acting, just like others who gave superhits. there is no difference just standard bollywood politics.

She was very pretty and she still looks all that gorgeous & graceful even with minimal make-up. 😃

but acting department, she wasn't that impressive.

On topic, Namrata did lead roles in films like Hero Hindustani but she had no screen presence and no acting talent. Flat dialogue delivery. At least Shilpa was funny in one film. Namrata has nothing to remember her by.
