Remakes and Remixes pathetic have peopl ran out of acript ideas, that they are making remakes of old movies. As for the cast of sholey it should have been Abhishek and Rani for AB senior and Jaya Bachchan role and Esha will not have the same effect on hema role. Director should come out with original scripts not remake ole movies to cash in on there past success.

sorry guyz if you dont like this idea but long a go when i heard sholay was going to be remaked i thought that the actors who did the roles before there children could do it cause they look alike each other like for amitabh's role it could have been abhishek and i dont mind esha doing the role of basanti/hema malini maybe her mother could help her with the character that has already been done by her so maybe esha wont upset you too much and i am too sure about katrina but my biggest problem is that mohit agarwal and ajay devgun dont u think that when they come on screen ajay and mohit will have a age diffirence i mean that ajay will look older then mohit and how will it work out katrina and mohit's jodi wont work out it is going to look awful . maybe esha and ajay will work out cause they have worked befpre together on yuva. but i think they should really work something out cause or else this movie is floping and i m going to make up mind and not watch this movie.
but i dont have any problem with esha playing basanti's role!

I completely agree with you.. seriously, the should quit ruining the classics, and the cast of this remake is completelyy.. . horrible.
