ranveer and deepika were reported to be going out with each other even before race 2 came out, so that's before she had her 100 crore movies and rise in popularity. So no ranveer isn't using her, they have seeing each other for about a year and half and he seems to genuinely care about her and support her, like someone already said that can't be faked.
