Sonakshi actually doesn't have flowerpot role. Well calling this damsel in distress then same would apply same to what Deepika was in CE or Aishwariya in Robot. She has equal screen space as Arjun. The romance angle will also be given importance.

People say she always does flowerpot role but come one besides Lootera she did OUATIMD which maybe was a crap movie but her role was a key character and story revolved around. Its funny how people tend to ignore this.

Anyway hoping Boney changes dates unless the trailer of this is brilliant and Phantom doesn't lock screens.

I read Arjun's interview where he talked quite a bit about Tevar. There will still be action in this movie, but they also made it more character orientated too. Manoj Bajpai also seems really happy with his role

Deepika easily had the stronger role in Chennai Express
I doubt that can be said for Sona Maiyya

Her character was damsel in distress. Either way SRK had to save her from chasing villains. Just coz she stood out for her south Indian girl portrayal with that accent doesn't make her character a performance orientated. Tell me if her role was longer than SRK??? At least in Okkadu heroine has equal screen space as hero. Same will happen with Tevar as it's just a modern remake

Just because Sonakshi has a long character doesnt mean it is performance oriented either 😆
Deepika deserves even more applause for managing to overshadow SRK in a smaller role then,
Unlike Sonakshi in a centric role in OUATIMD or Rambo Rajkumar 😆
