Kolkata: Most mothers would be upset at the thought of their son moving out, but not Neetu Kapoor. She is excited about Ranbir Kapoor having his apartment. For the past six months, she has been overseeing the renovation of a triplex in a 10-storey building in Bandra. A source close to the Kapoors explains why.

"Everyone is saying that Ranbir is moving out of Krishna Raj. But he really isn't. The new apartment is just a den' for Ranbir. It's where he can have parties and play video games or chill but he will continue to stay at Krishna Raj," reveals the source.
