It's basically telling people to avoid this movie and informing the readers that this is the sort of trash that sells in Hindistan, that is the gist of it. ;)

There were other papers which showed CE as one of the films released that week, but this newspaper had the most space and info on the film, literally 1/4th of the page. I bought a copy and have saved it as a memoir.
