I think Ranbir just gets pimples on those days of the month. I mean cos Katrina,DP or Kareena never get it so god just gives it to Ranbir.

Yes his future wife will be upset when she wakes up next to him. Might even die from the unpleasant shock.

Why does it even matter if he is ugly or not? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. He is not ugly to his fans and hopefully he will not be ugly to his wife. As for acne, anyone can have it. It is not a permanent physical feature. It can go away. Most Bollywood men are not too pleasant looking without makeup.
