In this case..yes old is good. I agree with you Sara. I was actually having this discussion with my mom just recently. We were trying to find a movie to watch together..like new movies from 2012-13..and every movie we tried to watch just bores us out of our minds. The biggest thing that is missing from Bollywood is good love stories..the way the characters fall for each other is just not believable in today's love stories. Films like DDLJ, Devdas, HDDCS, Raja Hindustani, and even JWM...these kind of great films with believable love stories is misimg today.
And it's not just love stories..films today are just not as good as they use to be..I liked 90s films way better than the kind of crap made these days.Yes they are films like Queen or English Vinglish..films that are well made..but not enough of it is made today. Also lack of comedy films..we get stuck with Housefull and Golmaal 3 type of films with stupid jokes..back in the day we had films like Hera Pheri series and AAA.
