Rani Mukerji's brother, Raja Mukerji, is now a part of Yash Raj Films. A source tells us that Raja has joined the production department of the studio. Apparently, Raja, who was into TV production, wanted a shift in career, as it wasn't bearing any fruit. So when his sister and actress asked him to join YRF, he happily agreed. However, it isn't a cakewalk for him. Apparently, Raja wanted to direct a film but Aditya Chopra rejected the idea and asked him to first gain experience by assisting Maneesh Sharma in Fan.

As a Rani fan, this is news to me.

I don't think this is a good decision though. I don't know how I feel about this.

Oh man. How many favours will Rani have to grant her loser brother? He's never going to get his shit together. And doesn't he have charges against him for molesting someone?

Rani comes from a very respected family (at least her parents). It's pretty harsh to degrade her whole family for the actions of one individual. And that accusation on her brother is very hard to believe to be quite honest. But if indeed true, that doesn't mean that she has a shameful family. Her parents are very much respected by all. It's just unfortunate her brother has done some very negative deeds, if indeed true.

She has such loving parents. And I'd sincerely really feel sorry for them if their son really turned out to be the way he has been accused of.

IMO Rani should not do this... YRF is a prestigious banner formed by yash chopra...Which has grown from strength to strength ..if people like raja joined ,then it would be a downfall for that😕
