Bollywood actor Aamir Khan says no one calls him a hero in the industry and considers him a "chocolate boy".

"No one called me a hero. I am still not called a hero. Everyone called me a chocolate boy," Aamir told reporters when asked about the first time he was called a hero, after he launched the trailer of Jackie Shroff's son Tiger Shroff's debut movie Heropanti.

When asked about when he would launch his son in Bollywood, Aamir said, "we don't have command over children. He doesn't tell me what he is doing or planning. I think you should ask

its true
he didnt have the hero or macho image ever
thats a good thing he doesn't have fixed screen image.
most of his earlier films were love stories but
then from late 90s he did sarfarosh, 1947 earth, rangeela, ghulam,
lagaan, dil chahta hai,rang de basanti, 3I
and tried and succeeded in many different characters
in different type of films.

Yes, back in the late 80s and 90s, Aamir really had a soft, boyish face. Although he didn't have the macho attitude that Salman did or the ruffian aggressiveness that Shahrukh showed, he was well-accepted by the masses as a part of the Khan trio. However, he was never considered a hero-like actor - the kind of actor that you'd expect to run around buildings to save people's lives. He was always the boy next door - shy and humble. That charming trait of his earned him the title of Chocolate Boy.
