Aditya Roy Kapur, Parineeti Chopra's comedy film Daawat-e-Ishq, which was scheduled to release in May, has been postponed for a while now.
After the debacle of Sonam Kapoor and Ayushmann Khurranna starrer Bewakoofiyaan', the Yash Raj Films wants to take some time in releasing their next film.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted: "Yash Raj Films postpones release of #DaawatEIshq. A new release date will be announced soon."
Daawat-e-Ishq' will be directed by Habib Faisal, who had earlier worked with Parineeti Chopra in Ishaqzaade'
