Why YRF is not promoting the movie? It is supposed to release on May ,but no trailer ,no promo etc.I feel same fate is waiting for DEI ..I am pretty sure both bewakoofiyan and Aurangeeb would have worked had yrf promoted well..atleast better business ..I don't understand this policy of yrf..What u all think ...Do u think this less promotion strategy works for a film today

Someone said that it's postponed. I still feel like it's going to flop though. YRF really doesn't seem interested at all

YRF literally only goes out of their way to promote their films if it is a directed by one of their "top directors" (Aditya Chopra, Habib Faisal, etc) or a big star is in it (SRK, Aamir, etc)...I think they have kind of given up... They have less and less hits with each passing year... I think the last good film they made that I've watched was Ishaaqzade (which wasn't fabulous because it was the Romeo and Juliet type of story which bore me these days), but seriously, they have stopped trying... If they know a film will not do well, they just don't go out of their way to promote it or spend too much on promoting it when they have a gut feeling that the film will tank...

YRF sucks at promotions, even for their big films. They don't do anything out of the ordinary...like say UTV, but they atleast try if the film has popular stars. They don't even bother with the other films.

If trailers/songs catch on, then the film is in luck...if not, well whatever.
