Sheldon - I see either ranbir or ranveer being able to pull off the quirky yet slightly lovable physicist.
Amy - okay I love this character so much so I have to say parineeti. Especially after HTP, that character could bring something new to amy.
Penny - penny is adorable with her lack of intelligence or genius-ness. Probably alia. LOL.
Leonard - the default toughest guy😆. Hmmm, SRK? maybe irrfan khan.
Wolowitz -man I love this guy with his disproportionate body. Probably Ranveer again. I dunno.( These people are too good looking for this show in the best way possible.)

I love Sheldon Cooper .. NO ONE other than Jim Parsons can be Sheldon Cooper.

Sheldon, Leonard and Howard will be South Indian dudes with thick accents, coconut oiled and parted hair. They spend their lives lost in software code and eating curd rice. None of them are innovative or creative or conduct original research. They are just brilliant minds harnessed and utilized efficiently by foreign conglomerates. Superheroes are replaced with an anthology of Rajinikanth films. Raj will be the token expatriate white guy.

Cast can be whoever.
