u are talking about exceptions. Jai ho the actress had a 15 min role, is it authentic to blame her for the blunder of this film ? NO, its sad how her looks were mocked to an extent that it made her physical features looks like a laughing stock. The film was salman's, his name was enuff, daisy should not be blamed atall. The film was a south remake too.

now let me tell u, guzarish flopped wid Aish in it, action replay and Ravan flopped with her being in them. Heroine flopped with Bebo, Zanjeer flopped with PC, Talash was only a semit hit with bebo-Rani both.

I am not saying that big actresses are npt needed, but guys like khans and HR they dont need A list actresses, otherwise dabbang and wanted wouldnt be Blockbusters.

@harshu:I think you misunderstood my comment. My point is any movie will be hit if content is good irrespective of actors. Any A list actors can bring high opening but they can't make a movie BB/hit if content is bad.

Isn't it ironical that most of Hrithik's films are opposite A list actresses.They also contribute towards films success.Except HR's debut most of his films were hit when they had A list actresses & established heroines. His movie Bang- Bang too is opposite Katrina.

i agree wid u completely, if a film has good content then it is bound to work, even if not in terms of BO, it still gets a cult status like lootera or original agneepath.

A few weeks ago we had informed that Aamir Khan might star opposite Deepika Padukone in Excel Entertainment's next film. However things didn't work out well between Aamir and the production house and Mr. Perfectionist opted out of the film. According to sources Hrithik Roshan has now been signed for the film. He will be paired opposite Deepika Padukone. "The film is a sci-fi drama with a time-travel spin. It has a romantic angle which spans across timelines." - adds the source.
