Big B sends bouquet to Kangana Ranaut

Kangana Ranaut has been flooded with calls from every corner praising her performance ever since her last release, Queen', the Vikas Bahl movie. Reportedly the actress said, "Two-three days after the release, the momentum started building. Ever since, my phone hasn't stopped ringing. I have also moved into a new place (in Bandra)... amidst all the praise... everything has been so dreamy." The actress, who was taken by surprise, still seems to be coming to terms with all the compliments.

From the critics of Bollywood to the audience, everyone is all praise for the film and especially Kangana's commendable performance.

She has been complemented by such artistes as Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone, and now Amitabh Bachchan, too, has complemented her. According to reports, Big B sent her flowers along with a note praising her performance.

A leading daily quoted Kangana as saying, "A delivery boy had come home with a huge bouquet of flowers and a handwritten note. My sister Rangoli accepted it and told me something special had come for me. When I found out that it was Mr Bachchan's letter, it was an out-of-the-world feeling. My hands were literally shaking while I was reading all the beautiful things he had written; like what I have accomplished is what everyone strives for, and so on."

Reportedly, Shah Rukh Khan and Salman have congratulated her as well.

"Shah Rukh Khan told my director, I am from Delhi, and Kangana has played the character so beautifully... since I am playing a Delhi guy in my next film, I will take tips from her.' That's a mind-boggling compliment," the daily quoted Kangana.

Salman Khan said he was hearing great things about her.

"He also said, I am very proud of you.' Aamir Khan told me that this film is important not just for me, but for all the girls and boys of the country," she added and also admitted that she had never expected this.

"Sometimes, with all the praise, I just break down. Even in my wildest dreams, I never imagined that I would earn not only the respect of the people from the industry, but also their love," she further said.

After a career as a model and performing theatre shows, Kangana made her silver-screen debut in 2006 with a critically acclaimed performance in Gangster'. She was awarded the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for the role.
