Hard to choose between Priyanka in Barfi! and Vidya's performances in Kahaani & TDP. Then maybe Kangana in Queen.

I don't know how any performance can be better than Priyanka's in Barfi.

Has to be PC hands down. The rest are brilliant aswel but PC's role in Barfi was truly unique. I don't think any other actress could have done justice to the role.

I still don't understand how Vidya won the award.

Jhilmil is a likeable person. Her childish innocence, her scared vulnerability make you instantaneously feel for her. Along with Barfi this character was written to win hearts. On the other hand Silk is a controversial character. She is hungry for fame and makes questionable choices in her hunger to make it big. She has unlikeable streaks. She is unsavory at times. Yet, the character still makes you feel for her and come off vulnerable and strong at the same time. To make a controversial character likeable is harder. For that, I picked TDP over Barfi. But it is a personal perspective.

Parineet in Ishaqzaade.. though she is brilliant in every movie of hers but that was her best!

agree with you. .biopic. .plus biopic of a b grade star...it's not an easy task...barfi was fab..pc fab..but still I thought she had lesser screen time..vidya carried da entire tdp n kahaani on her shoulders

priyanka chopra in barfi nost definately.
i kiked her more than ranbir kapoor in the film.its really sad that award people were partial towars her and chose vidya for kahani instead.
according to me this was one of the best perfomances in bollywood.
